About the Role
IEX is looking for a high-energy individual interested in breaking into the dynamic world of IT at a technology start-up. You will be joining our Enterprise Infrastructure team, primarily responsible for Windows administration, desktop support, and office automation. We are growing quickly, and you must be comfortable taking on multiple tasks to support our corporate users. Above all, you are passionate about our mission of driving fairness and transparency on Wall Street.
What You'll Do
- Provide user onsite and remote support to over 200 internal employees
- Dealing with Level 1-3 issues pertaining to MS Intune/Jamf
- Provide support for Windows 11, MacOS and iOS
- Manage user and device accounts in a multi-tenant Microsoft environment
- Manage Windows AD, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange; create and permission new users and groups (password resets, email group changes, etc.)
- Onboarding and offboarding of new hires and terms
- Support telephony, Zoom and MS Teams conference systems and all A/V systems
- Image PC's, laptops, Macbooks
- Oversee and update assigned support service requests
- VPN Support
- Networking troubleshooting and configuration
- Manage user devices in Verizon portal
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years desktop support experience
- Strong Windows, MacOS and iOS troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Jamf MDM - configuring and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Windows environment within a corporate network
- Working knowledge of MS Exchange, Office 365, Intune, Azure AD, MS Authenticator
- Experience with packaging software for automated deployments to corporate workstations
- Experience with Group Policy Management
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware, etc)
- Scripting/Powershell knowledge a plus Experience with Ivanti Management Console a plus

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between $110,00 and $125,000 for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
