Responsibilities
- Ability to drive spot product enhancement that can contribute to business OKR and user experience
- Understand and supervise monitoring of daily trading operational issues and coordinate between internal and external parties to resolve product/UI/UX issues
- Ensure that team’s product related project targets are met within the project timeline and costs, monitor and control all stages of the project life cycle
- Strong data analysis skill, able to identify key insights from data analysis. Define, track, and improve KPIs
- Assess business demands/new product features and provide overall solutions and drive implementation
- Other related duties allocated by the team leader
Requirements
- Around 6-10 years of experience, preferably in investment banking/financial industry/crypto industry
- Good understanding of financial or blockchain trading business (order book, liquidity, trading rules reference data)
- Have previous experience as a product manager/lead for spot exchange related services
- Clear and logical thinking leveraging data driven analysis to provide solutions
- Critical thinking, strong communication skills, highly driven, and quick-learner
- Able to liaise with clients/stakeholders across the regions
