Your role:
Build and lead Nexo’s Marketing Intelligence (MI) function that powers decision‑making across the funnel. Your team will turn data into proactive insights, automate reporting, level up attribution, and partner with marketers to set, track, and beat goals.
Responsibilities
- Build & lead the Marketing Intelligence division (analysts, data engineers, growth insights) and set the roadmap.
- Own measurement of marketing impact across channels and stages: use multi‑touch attribution, marketing‑mix modeling, experiments, and lift studies and standardize reporting on customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and the payback period.
- Automate marketing reporting for hundreds of channels; replace manual month‑end with reliable, always‑on dashboards.
- Integrate the martech stack: connect ad networks, web and app analytics, and our CRM and customer‑data platform; ensure clean tracking, naming, and governance.
- Proactively generate insights: surface opportunities, find funnel frictions, and propose business cases to Marketing, Product, and other teams.
- Audience intelligence: partner with the CRM team to define, enrich, and maintain targetable segments; improve reach, relevance, and frequency.
- Campaign and brand measurement: set targets, monitor performance, and evaluate sponsorship return and brand lift.

- 8+ years in marketing analytics and business intelligence, including experience in building or leading teams.
- Expert in attribution, experimentation, and growth analytics; strong grasp of customer‑acquisition cost and lifetime‑value economics.
- Fluency in SQL (Structured Query Language) and a modern analytics tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker); familiarity with data pipelines, data warehouses, and data quality.
- Comfortable with advertising platforms and their interfaces, app and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust), CRM and customer‑data platforms, and tagging/instrumentation.
- Clear storyteller who turns analysis into action; experienced stakeholder management across Marketing, Product, Data, and Compliance.
- Fintech/crypto or other high‑scale, data‑rich B2C experience is a plus.
