Act as a first point of support for VIP-related queries, working closely with the Sales team

Assist with onboarding processes, account updates, and internal follow-ups for VIP clients

Coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution of client requests and issues

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales and VIP teams
-
Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries to support sales activity and performance monitoring

Support the Sales team with process coordination, documentation, and internal approvals

Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Ensure all client information, documentation, and status updates are properly recorded and aligned with internal policies

Regularly audit CRM data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or required updates
-
Ensure all CRM and client-related activities are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Support internal reviews, audits, and process improvements related to CRM and client operations
-
Liaise with Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams when required
-
1–3 years of experience in a sales, private banking, account management, sales support, operations, or administrative role
-
Experience supporting sales or VIP/client-facing teams is a strong advantage, especially with traders or UHNI individuals

Exposure to fintech, crypto, financial services, or technology environments is a plus, but not required

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable working with CRM systems and internal tools (e.g. Salesforce or similar platforms)

Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Hindi is an advantage but not mandatory
