Your role:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high-performance applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and modern integration patterns.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust technical designs and implementation plans.
- Drive best practices in coding standards, DevOps, branching strategy, code reviews, Salesforce DX usage, and automated testing.
- Provide technical leadership to the development team, mentor other developers, and support solution consistency across projects.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, streaming APIs, and ETL tools; ensure reliability and data integrity across systems.
- Contribute to data model design, performance tuning, and optimization for large datasets or high-volume transactions.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features, architectural capabilities, and platform updates to identify opportunities for improvement or modernization.
- Debug complex issues across multiple layers of the Salesforce stack and provide long-term, scalable solutions.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, integration specifications, deployment procedures, and testing strategies.
What makes you stand out:
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in multi-cloud or enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Apex, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled), Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of scalable data modeling, governor limits, platform performance, and secure application design.
- Experience with version control (Git), Salesforce DX / CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Solid experience designing and deploying integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and data synchronization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make architectural recommendations and decisions.
- Ability to mentor and guide developers, enforce best practices, and raise the quality of the team’s output.
- Experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and building custom UIs or reusable component libraries.
- Experience with MuleSoft, integration middleware, or Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English - able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
