Your role:
- Design, launch, and optimize automated client campaigns across email, push and in-app.
- Own audience segmentation logic, define targeting criteria and ensure each automation reaches the correct audience.
- Lead automation planning, setup, QA and ongoing optimization to deliver measurable impact.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Client Operations and the Marketing Cloud team, ensuring requirements are translated accurately, technical builds adhere to specifications and delivery is completed to standard.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Cloud team on implementation timelines, logic updates, data dependencies and fixes, maintaining full oversight of build quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, BI and CRM, to ensure automations are technically sound, scalable and aligned with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze automation performance, identify gaps in logic or delivery and iterate towards higher conversion and engagement.
- Maintain and enhance automation workflows, triggers, dependencies, documentation and operational integrity.
- Ensure automation governance through version control, change tracking and validation of all live flows.
What makes you stand out:
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM automations, with a focus on activation and retention.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, using data to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- A practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
