THE WORK:
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Liquidity & Payments who is passionate about using crypto technology to redefine the $160T+ cross-border payments space. You will build solutions that help Ripple’s customers move their own money cross-border while reducing costs, increasing transparency, and creating opportunities for upside on otherwise idle capital.
The ideal candidate thrives in zero-to-one environments and is ready to develop new solutions to old problems by drawing from a range of tools within Ripple’s suite of services, from traditional payments to custody to stablecoin (RLUSD). You appreciate developing a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and using those insights to quickly develop, test, and iterate solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive the vision, roadmap, and development of our next generation liquidity and treasury payment solutions, from early product ideation to launch.
- Draw from a range of Ripple’s tools - payments, custody, and digital assets - to test and scale new blockchain-powered solutions to traditional financial problems.
- Build and communicate product stories and requirements to guide and align the multi-functional teams building these products.
- Collaborate closely with a range of cross-functional teams outside of product, engineering and design to launch and maintain products critical to customer growth, engagement, and retention.
- Set and drive performance benchmarks and indicators, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
- 10-15 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the digital asset industry, with 5-7 years in a core product management role.
- Consistent track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
- A passion for payments and the blockchain and crypto ecosystem, and knowledge of financial markets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical competence and understanding.
- A desire to lead, influence, and inspire a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed ecosystem of teams.
