Requirements:
- 3+ yearsof Project/DeliveryManagementofback-endteamexperience. Strong technical background, understanding of the microservices approach, systemintegration, and what system architecture is.
- Knowledgeinthefinancedomain, experiencewithbankingintegrations.
- Experience in managing core Agile development teams of 5+ people.
- ExcellentknowledgeofAgileactivities: scopeplanning, settingpriorities, cutting, etc., creatingRoadMap, identifyingrisks, grooming, refinement, trackingresults, demo, retro, changemanagement.
- Excellentunderstandingofteamrituals: settingtasks, motivation, control, positivecommunication, conflict solving, routineimportance,etc.
- ProficientinprocessdocumentationandPMtrackingtools-Atlassianstack.
- Experienceinmanagementofincrementalsoftwaredelivery.
