About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive growth. You’ll work with product, growth, and leadership teams to build analytics capabilities, analyze user behavior, and uncover opportunities for impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, and evolution of Drift’s analytics framework across core metrics, reporting, and data infrastructure
- Lead deep-dive analyses on user behavior, trading performance, and protocol health to inform strategic product and growth decisions
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable dashboards and automated reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define success metrics, measure feature impact, and uncover new growth opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for analysis, visualization, and communication across the team
Requirements
- MUST HAVE: ambitious, hungry for more, and passionate to make impacts
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization) and experience working with blockchain/on-chain data
- Strong experience in data modeling, metric design, and building scalable dashboards for diverse stakeholders
- Operates like an owner: fast, resourceful, and focused on measurable outcomes
