Role Overview
CboeGlobal Markets is seeking aLearning & DevelopmentSpecialistto join our growing Talent Management team.Reporting to theDirector of Learning & Development, you willsupport thedevelopment,administration, and continuousevolutionofprogramsand initiativesrelated to Learningthatincludesonboarding, ongoing development, and leadership development.
This position willalso support projects across the Talent Management team,providinga unique opportunity to developexpertiseand broaden your experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
LearningSolution Design& Delivery:
- Supportsthedelivery and execution ofcareer developmentlearningprograms and learning pathsincludingonboarding, internship programs,and leadership development.
- Contributes to the design, development, and creation of training materials to ensure consistency and quality of content that meets the needs of the training programs.
- Curates online learning courses via LearningManagementSystems based on needs from the business.
- Co-facilitates learning, via in person or virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and methods based on best practices and adult learning.
- Deploys assessmentstovalidatelearner comprehension and adoption.
- Analyzes datato report on the ROI of learning programs and suggests improvements
SystemsAdministration& ProgramCoordination
- Support theadministration and troubleshootingneeds of theLMSplatform.
- Createsandmaintainslearning paths and required curriculum within our LMS to track learner completion rates and usage data.
- Maintain learning calendar, course descriptions, and schedules.
- Enroll participants into learning sessionsandmaintainregistration for courses.
- Coordinate LMS updatesacross the Learning Admins within the system.
Learning Program Management:
- Support the employee lifecycle and career development programs by working to embed aculture of learningthrough dynamic programming
- Preparecommunications materialsfor key programsthat drive learner participation and deepen our culture of learning
- Partnerwith stakeholdersacross the enterprise to schedule, prepare, and deliver in-person learning experiences, including internal communications,brandand facilities teams
- Manage attendeeexperienceand pre/post-work, set up in-person training sessions (print materials, tent cards, room set-up, supplies, food/beverage orders, etc.)
Talent ProgramSupport
- Supports the performance management lifecycle (goal setting, performance reviews, career conversations, talent reviews, calibration sessions) and career development programs.
- Generatespresentations and reports to update align or inform key stakeholders and leaders.
- Assistsin evaluating and analyzingtalent needs and outcomes using reporting, surveys focus groups
- Participatein broader HRdepartmentprojectsandinitiativesas needed
The Ideal Candidate Has
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2years’ work experienceinlearning, talentdevelopmentorlearningdesign
- Recent experienceasaLearning Management Systemadministrator. Learn 365 andWorkday system experience is aplus.
- Project management skillsincludingplanning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and consistently delivering reliable results.
- Excellent verbal, written,and presentation /facilitation skills
- Intermediate toadvancedproficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (Word,PowerPointand Excel), Teams, and SharePoint.

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $72,250-$89,250. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time. If you live in one of the following areas or if you work in a Cboe office in the following areas, the range may be higher according to the geographic differentials listed below:
US Geographic Differentials:
- 110%: Austin TX, Chicago IL, Denver CO, San Diego CA
- 115%: Los Angeles CA, Seattle WA
- 120%: Boston MA, Washington DC
Within the range, individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, our total rewards program includes an annual variable pay program and benefits including healthcare (medical, dental and vision), 401 (k) with a generous company match, life and disability insurance, paid time off, market-leading tuition assistance, and much more!
