Responsibilities
Support middle office and operations activities for the derivatives business unit.
Assist in calibrating trading parameters and maintaining product specifications.
Help execute structured workflows and processes to support alignment across regional and global teams.
Monitor daily operational tasks, identify issues or inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
Work with internal tools (AI, automation, and technical solutions) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Support investigation and resolution of operational issues, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (trading, product, tech, risk, ops) to ensure smooth execution of derivatives operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 1–4 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, trading support, or derivatives-related roles (crypto derivatives experience is a plus but not required).
Basic understanding of derivatives products and trading concepts; strong interest in learning derivatives product logic and risk parameters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, process flows, and operational troubleshooting.
Exposure to project coordination or process improvement is a plus.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance from senior team members.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
Adaptable mindset with a “can-do” attitude and comfort working in ambiguity.
