The Opportunity
We're hiring a Manager, Network Operations & Strategy to drive strategic clarity and operational excellence within the Global Dollar Network (GDN) internally and externally. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment—owning high-leverage initiatives that directly shape how GDN continuously grows and evolves.
In this role, you'll own strategic programs end to end: from defining the right problems to setting clear KPIs, to pursuing and building the plans to realize the opportunities. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can structure complex problems into clear plans, and earns trust through sharp thinking and consistent, high-quality delivery.
Success for this role will position you as a leader who shapes company-wide strategy and execution on behalf of the Global Dollar Network.
What You'll Do
Strategic Initiatives & Execution
- Propose, own, and define key strategic GDN initiatives and programs with minimal guidance from framing through delivery (incl. engagement with legal, finance, business development, external partners, etc.)
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity, assess their value, and build comprehensive execution plans with clear success criteria, partnering with growth and product teams to understand GDN partner needs and how to realize them
- Define measurable success criteria/KPIs and drive cross-functional achievement of the plans to realize them based on data, market feedback, and observed progress
Operational Excellence
- Continuously evaluate our operational processes or information sharing and improve or replace them via AI-enabled workflows, increasing executional velocity and internal collaboration
Go-to-Market & Strategic Planning
- Proactively identify and weave business, legal, regulatory, and operational considerations into GDN initiative plans before launch and ensure external and internal partner alignment prior to roll-out
- Partner with the Head of Network Operations and cross-functional leaders (Growth, Product, Finance) to craft and align on KPIs/multi-quarter strategy, and define new investment priorities for the GDN budget
- Iterate on ROI framework for GDN investments to drive maximum KPI impact
- Track market context and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction and identify emerging areas of investment
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Maintain strong working relationships and earn trust across Account Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Ops, and Product teams; agitate constructively for change when needed to drive business outcomes.
- Communicate program status, strategy, timing, and risks clearly to all stakeholders - including the Exec Team - ensuring no surprises and proactive alignment.
- Synthesize complex decisions or opportunities requiring input into crisp, actionable narratives that motivate, orient and create alignment across functional partners
About You
- 7–10 years of experience in product management, management consulting (top tier consulting firm only), product or business operations, partner management and/or a related function; Digital assets experience is highly preferred, although not required
- Proven track record of independently owning and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical instincts: able to define success metrics, instrument programs for data-driven decision-making, and iterate based on results
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enablement to operational or business processes as well as use as a default input to strategic decision-making → if you haven’t done this in your existing job, be prepared to point to a personal project indicating how you can do so
- Exceptional communicator – able to persuade cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders with clear, well-structured narratives
- High EQ; skilled at building relationships internally and externally with partners, navigating competing priorities, and driving alignment without authority
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and external partners while operating through ambiguity with minimal guidance
- Genuine curiosity for technology, digital assets, and how regulated financial infrastructure operates and scales
Compensation Range: $172,000 - $196,950
