Here’s the bit about the opportunity:
This team focuses on expanding Fireblocks’ footprint across banks and large regulated financial institutions throughout the APAC region.
This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving enterprise-level sales in one of Fireblocks’ most strategic verticals. You’ll work closely with internal teams across Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product, and Marketing to deliver innovative digital asset solutions to traditional financial institutions.
You’ll be:
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets within your region.
- Drive new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, and other financial institutions and expand existing relationships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting, identify key use cases, business sponsors, and navigation to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite, risk, compliance, and innovation teams.
- Collaborate closely with the BDR, GTM, and Product teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in Fireblocks’ CRM.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and account coverage.
You’ll bring:
- Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space such as financial services, blockchain, fintech- a must
- Proven success selling to banks, custodians, or large regulated financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of banking procurement processes, including RFPs, compliance, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
- Exposure to or strong interest in digital assets, tokenization, and blockchain technology.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strategic, long-term client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
