The Cardano Foundation is an independent, Swiss-based not-for-profit organization. The Foundation is tasked with advancing the public digital infrastructure Cardano and works to anchor it as a utility for financial and social systems, thus empowering the digital architects of the future.
The Foundation facilitates the worldwide advancement of Cardano in enterprise applications. It develops infrastructure tooling—including where there may not be an immediate commercial use case—plus strengthens operational resilience, and drives diversity of on-infrastructure use cases as well as the development of sound and representative governance.

What We Look For:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven social media specialist to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media platforms to support marketing efforts to grow our audiences, increase engagement and build trust.
You possess exceptional copywriting abilities coupled with a keen eye for design to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure content is accurate, aligned, and meets objectives. You will regularly monitor channels, connect effectively with followers, and analyze data to maximize results.
Manage all social media channels including creating, scheduling, and monitoring content on LinkedIn, X, Youtube, Instagram, Reddit, and Telegram.
Build the content calendar that integrates with campaigns, product releases, and various marketing activities.
Assess our current social media presence, research target audiences, and conduct a competitor analysis to find gaps and areas to improve.
Drive brand and product awareness, customer engagement, website traffic and conversions.
Create engaging content uniquely tailored to each channel to effectively resonate with our target audiences.
Develop measurable KPIs aligning with the marketing objectives.
Engage regularly with our followers to nurture and grow a vibrant community while building trust and increasing reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams particularly Marketing, Community, Product, and Engineering to deliver campaigns.
Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve performance and maximize impact.
Stay abreast industry news, social media and content trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Perform in-depth research to identify optimal strategies for engaging with new audiences.
Support paid campaigns by refining audience messaging, optimizing for specific channels, and collaborating on design concepts to drive conversions.
3+ years social media experience in a similar industry.
Proven experience in content creation and managing multiple social media channels, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or related industries.
Demonstrated track record of building online communities.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
Good understanding of the blockchain industry, Web3, or related technologies.
Excellent writing and communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hubspot, Social Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
Previous success in developing effective paid social media campaigns.
Experience with creating and implementing effective influencer marketing strategies.
