Sorare is looking for an IT Administrator that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for managing various aspects of our IT systems, supporting our employees, and maintaining a secure and efficient environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both software and hardware, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can communicate effectively with colleagues across different offices.
As an IT Administrator at Sorare, you will :
- Collaborate with teams to optimize SaaS usage and implement best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels, track assets, and ensure timely replacements or upgrades with MDM (Jamf)
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues, optimize network performance, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Work alongside our SOC to ensure endpoint security.
- Work closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve user queries, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS applications and administration tools.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
- You are a team player who collaborates with empathy and respect
The position is located in Paris, France (with potential travel to New York if required)
