🚀 We're hiring | Product Operations Analyst/Associate

Due is a global payments platform leveraging the latest advancements in blockchain technology. Today, business and consumer payments are dominated by an oligopoly of card schemes working on top of legacy and fragmented banking systems. We’re challenging the status quo by offering a stack of payment solutions that enables permissionless, borderless and frictionless payments.
We build the payment infrastructure that connects traditional banking with stablecoins. Through a single API, fintechs, neobanks, wallets and crypto companies get multi-currency virtual accounts, fiat on/off-ramps, stablecoin card issuing and cross-border payouts over local rails including ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Pix, SPEI and Faster Payments.
Founded in 2022 by Revolut alumni and backed by Speedinvest, Fabric, Semantic and Strobe. Due operates across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Clients include Fasset, Exodus, Lido, Belo, Altitude, Ether.fi, WorldRemit, Ledn and Salmon.
🎯 Your main focus will be supporting customers through their integration with Due's API and turning what you learn in each integration into product improvements, internal tooling and automation. This is a forward deployed role: technical, close to the customer and close to the product roadmap.
📋 Responsibilities:
- Support customers through API integrations and technical onboarding
- Investigate and resolve product and payment issues
- Build dashboards and queries in Metabase/SQL to monitor business and product metrics
- Use AI tools and agents to improve internal operations and customer support
- Work with Product and Engineering to prioritise improvements
- Write clear documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Help scale operational processes as the company grows
✅ Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in product, operations, solutions engineering, consulting or another technical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with APIs and technical documentation (coding experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Basic SQL, or the appetite to pick it up fast
- Professional English
- Curious and proactive, with an interest in startups and emerging technology
💡 Experience or interest in fintech, payments, stablecoins, digital assets or AI will be valued.
