It helped launch Worldcoin and continues to provide support to the Foundation, in addition to operating the World App.
About the Team:
The Business Operation team at Tools for Humanity is critical to solving key cross-departmental problems throughout the organization. It works on diverse problems across Product, Growth, Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, People, Economics, and more. In these projects, team members are key stakeholders, and often times the main party driving outcomes and owning results.
About the Role:
- Manage several cross-departmental work streams concurrently
- Be a project manager who builds strategies with an executional mindset.
- Collaborate closely with several departments to assist and solve challenging business problems
- Help build process and tooling often times from scratch negotiating with third-parties
- Bridge the gap between teams and act as thought-partner strategic conversations
- Build financial models and presentations for leadership
About You:
- You have 2-3 years of experience from a consulting background and ideally 1-2 years of start up experience.
- You are a strong project manager with an eye for strategy and a hand for operational execution.
- You have a passion for creating presentations and building (financial) models.
- You are organized and a logical thinker.
- Driven and self-motivated
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- You are able to communicate with cross functional stakeholders and leadership.
Nice to Have (or excited to learn):
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies
- Strong preference for German language skills (B2+)
- Technical background
