Your Role:
Mantle Network is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Specialist to drive high-impact partnerships and accelerate ecosystem growth. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the blockchain space, with a proven track record of leading successful partnership strategies and fostering significant industry relationships. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in scaling a leading Ethereum Layer 2 ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and response to high-priority inbound inquiries, showcasing a deep understanding of our offerings and guiding potential clients through comprehensive engagement processes.
- Strategically categorize and prioritize inbound leads from diverse verticals within the Web3 ecosystem, such as DeFi, Gaming, NFTs, SocialFi, Infrastructure, and more, based on alignment with our strategic goals.
- Conduct advanced research and discovery to identify high-value partners, clients, and market opportunities within the Ethereum Layer 2 space, driving targeted and impactful outreach.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Stay at the forefront of the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the Web3 ecosystem, particularly within Ethereum Layer 2, to drive informed strategic decisions.
- Actively participate in high-level team meetings, providing valuable market insights, contributing to strategic discussions, and driving thought leadership.
Your Craft:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated deep expertise in blockchain technology and the decentralized Web3 ecosystem, with a significant track record in leading business development or strategic partnership initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of inbound inquiries and strategic opportunities efficiently.
- Comprehensive understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions and their applications, with experience in leading complex partnership discussions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities through detailed market analysis.
- Highly organized, strategic thinker with a strong ability to multitask and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience in senior business development, sales, or customer-facing roles, with a history of successful partnership management.
- Prior experience with Sales/CRM management and leading teams is highly desirable.
