Role Overview:
We are seeking a Growth Lead - Crypto Incentives to drive user acquisition and engagement exclusively through data-driven incentive programs. You will design and implement incentive strategies both in-house for our Boost Protocol and for third-party protocols, acting as an internal service provider to guide others in leveraging these incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create incentive strategies for third-party protocols, guiding external partners on utilizing our Boost Protocol.
- Monitor key growth metrics and optimize incentive programs based on data insights.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the crypto landscape to inform strategy and partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to implement incentive programs that benefit all parties.
- Apply marketing insights to enhance user acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Stay informed on regulatory requirements to ensure all programs are compliant.
Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.
- Experience with incentive mechanisms and tokenomics within the crypto space.
- Skilled in developing strategies for both internal platforms and external partners.
- Experience acting as a service provider or consultant to external parties.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles related to growth and user engagement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
