The Public Sector Field Marketing Manager will partner with our regional sales leader and leader of Americas Field Marketing to build and execute the complete demand generation plan for our public sector teams. You’ll collaborate with our global marketing team and revenue teams to manage product launches, third party and hosted events, and demand generation campaigns across our public sector business. You will also project manage our public sector summit, Trace DC. Your success in the role will be measured by pipeline development, lead generation, and sales growth.
In this role, you’ll:
- Create localized demand generation strategies that reliably produce leads and build pipeline for the public sector
- Achieve Customer Acquisition and sales booking targets for the public sector team
- Develop a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and our customers, and use that to develop local market messaging
- Pitch subject matter experts to speak at events, and curate content for our own hosted events (eg. panels, fireside chats, etc.)
- Build a strong partnership with regional leadership and work collaboratively with the rest of the sales and field marketing teams
- Understand what activities are meaningful to the business and appropriately prioritize requests from sales and other stakeholders
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in B2B Field Marketing and Demand Generation for a technology or SaaS company
- Successfully partnered across marketing and sales to build sales pipeline
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to draw insights from KPIs, and leverage data to guide decision-making
- The ability to handle numerous priorities and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic and growing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with the US government, either in a government position or selling to government customers
Nice to have experience:
- Prior exposure to cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies
- Experience working within Salesforce CRM
- Strong command of Google Suite Products

Compensation Range: $78K - $135K
