As a Transaction Monitoring Agent, you will join the Transaction Monitoring Department to perform due diligence procedures while putting the client's satisfaction at the forefront. You will be working closely with the sales team, account managers and compliance to ensure our requirements as set by the regulators are met.

What you'll do
- Utilization of transaction monitoring tools (Blockchain monitoring, PEP & Sanctions screening, Transaction monitoring systems) to enhance detection and analysis capabilities.
- Independently monitor and conduct in-depth reviews of transactions using TM tools to identify and analyze complex suspicious or unusual patterns indicative of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Perform detailed reviews of Bitstamp clients, ensuring compliance with Transaction Monitoring Policies and procedures.
- Interdepartmental communication and collaboration between departments at Bitstamp to facilitate effective communication, ensuring comprehensive service delivery to Bitstamp users and addressing any compliance concerns.
- Communicate with clients as needed, following established procedures to gather information or clarify details related to suspicious activity, ensuring a thorough understanding of their transactions.
- Applying analytical, risk-based approach when handling individual cases.
- Ensuring a compliant environment for Bitstamp users.
On day one you'll bring
