We are looking for a versatile Product Manager who will take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core Nodes and Data products. This role requires deep Web3 expertise and the ability to guide product development, delivering data-driven solutions that meet customer needs and leverage market trends through cross-team collaboration.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all Chainstack’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and workflows
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features based on impact
- Create and refine epics, user stories, and tasks
- Plan and prioritize the work to balance limited capacity with maximum impact
- Leverage Scrum/Kanban methodologies to manage iterative changes
- Analyze product and technical metrics to iterate on solutions and drive improvements
- Conduct competitive profiling, assess strengths and weaknesses, and identify opportunities to differentiate
- Develop pricing and licensing models for products based on market analysis
- Facilitate clear communication between teams to ensure smooth product delivery
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in software product companies
- Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi products, or blockchain protocols
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure challenges (reliability, performance, cost)
- Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Ability to define and decompose epics into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Proficiency with tools like YouTrack/Jira, Notion/Confluence and Metabase
- Solid SQL skills for querying and analyzing data to inform product decisions
- Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to map business processes with flowcharts or diagrams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
