Our Solutions Architecture team understands high-level business strategy and how to translate that into technical requirements for our customers - and we love figuring out ways to stretch the limits of what is technically possible. Our job is to provide technical leadership and guidance to our users during the sales cycle to help customers, prospects and partners visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling-yet-understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic customers around the world by building bespoke solutions that support both the deployment and integration of our projects. Throughout all of these activities, you'll provide feedback to enhance the value and experience that customers have with Chainalysis' solutions.
In this role, you'll:
- Become a core member of the account team, partnering closely with the Sales team and lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities related to “value creation” and solution development to achieve the technical win
- Articulate Chainalysis product offerings to prospects, ensuring they comprehend how our solutions add value to achieving their business objectives
- Leading discovery sessions to uncover pain points and use cases all while effectively capturing client requirements by demonstrating Chainalysis solutions in such as way as to inspire audience confidence
- Design customer specific solutions and collaborate internally to address product feedback and innovative workarounds
- Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers
- Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture, API implementation and workflow design
- Align closely with our product and engineering teams, helping prioritize feedback from the field
- Represent Chainalysis at industry events and conferences
- Supporting the wider Solutions Architecture team by contributing and driving internal projects
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Private Sector - BFSI, Enterprise, B2B software companies as an internal role that uses Chainalysis products, consultant, account executive, sales engineer, solutions architect, customer success manager or similar roles
- Built custom deployment plans for other SaaS products
- A technical generalist background, but are comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, Kubernetes/Docker/containerization of applications, and are always interested in learning more
- Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures, cloud-native security principles, and/or blockchain technologies
Nice to have experience:
- Experience in criminal investigation, and familiarity with processes and standards of evidence - particularly of a digital nature - within the criminal justice system.
- Experience in financial compliance and/or anti-money laundering initiatives;
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and technical knowledge of blockchain and in particular cryptocurrency;
- Experience in a B2B presales, solution architecture, or sales role
