=nil; Foundation has been at the forefront of Ethereum scalability solutions since 2018. With a mission to overcome the Ethereum scalability challenge, our team is dedicated to launching our own L2 soluction — =nil; zkSharding, a zkRollup that securely scales Ethereum empowering web3 developers to build scalable, secure, and composable applications.

Our architecture supports parallel transaction processing across multiple execution shards, each validated by zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and EVM opcode compatibility. Interoperability among these shards is seamlessly maintained through a native cross-shard communication protocol, enabling efficient and secure interactions within the network.

We are looking for someone to join our Integration Team. The team key responsibilities are:

Integration: Build and integrate tools like explorers, wallets, plugins, and extensions, ensuring a seamless user experience with =nil;
Research Support: Assist in developing and testing Solidity smart contracts that utilize =nil;’s sharded architecture and multi-currency features, helping to explore new possibilities for users (ex Uniswap V2)
Partnerships: Work on the first external integrations and production dApps, helping partners transition to =nil; by reviewing architecture and providing initial support.

Responsibilities

Work on internal integrations to support =nil;, such as developing tools like the hardhat-plugin, block explorer, in-browser IDE, Block Indexer, and more
Architect and develop the first cross-shard dApps on top of =nil;, leveraging the sharding and multi-currency features
Assist external partners in launching their dApps and integrations on =nil;, providing architectural reviews and initial support
Collaborate with the protocol and research teams to shape the product and conduct thorough testing to ensure its stability and performance

Qualifications

Extensive experience with TypeScript and Solidity, with the ability to adapt to different tech stacks as required by various projects
Basic Understanding of Golang
Deep understanding of Web3 protocols and existing services within the blockchain ecosystem
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with international teams
The language is English, so you’re supposed to be at least B2 level
