This is a 12-week internships during summer 2025.
Join our dynamic and forward-thinking Compensation team, where you'll play a key role in supporting our efforts to design, implement, and optimize compensation and rewards programs. This internship offers hands-on experience in benchmarking, data analysis, and the development of innovative compensation strategies, all while working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Benchmark Industry Compensation:
- Track and analyze compensation data, leveraging proxy data and researching various tech solutions versus traditional survey solutions to ensure our pay structures are competitive within the industry.
- Analyze Compensation Data:
- Conduct detailed analyses of compensation trends and patterns within the company and across the market to support pay modeling and compensation decisions.
- D) Support Pay Modeling:
- Collaborate with the team to run pay modeling scenarios that align with our compensation strategy and business goals, ensuring equitable and competitive pay practices.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to work with data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
- Research Abilities:
- Keen interest in researching industry compensation practices and staying current on trends, methodologies, and emerging tech solutions.
- Attention to Detail:
- Precision in communication, data storytelling, data analysis, ensuring that compensation data are accurate, relevant, and easy to understand.
Nice to haves:
- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in a related discipline.
- Experience with Compensation Software:
- Familiarity with compensation platforms or dashboards like Pave, Compa, Aon/Radford would be an advantage.
- Interest in HR Tech Solutions:
- A passion for exploring tech solutions to solve traditional HR challenges, particularly within compensation and rewards.
- Basic Programming Knowledge:
- Knowledge of basic programming languages like SQL or Python for data analysis purposes is a plus.
