THE WORK:
At Ripple, the Financial Systems team is at the core of ensuring that our financial processes and platforms are innovative, scalable, and efficient. We’re driving automation, data integrity, and system optimization to support Ripple’s rapid growth and expanding global operations.
The Financial Systems Lead – EPM will own the implementation, administration, and optimization of Oracle EPM solutions, including Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), and Workiva. This role bridges the gap between finance and technology, ensuring our systems meet strategic goals and business requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle EPM solutions (ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS) and Workiva, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, FP&A, IT, and external partners, to deliver end-to-end solutions for financial reconciliation, consolidation, and reporting.
- Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using Oracle EPM tools to enhance scalability and accuracy.
- Build and maintain workflows for data integrations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and immutability of financial data.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for master data management using EDMCS.
- Provide day-to-day system administration and technical support for Oracle EPM applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Support critical compliance initiatives, including SOX and audit processes, by delivering secure and controlled system configurations.
- Partner with leadership to design and execute the roadmap for financial systems and drive innovation in financial workflows.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in financial systems, with a proven track record of leading Oracle EPM implementations (ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS).
- Experience with Workiva is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes such as reconciliation, consolidation, and reporting.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency with Oracle EPM tools and their integrations with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical and business issues effectively.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Workiva for external reporting and process optimization.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Modules - ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS along with Workiva is a must
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related data integration frameworks is a plus.
