About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acquire and manage relationships with global VIP clients.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and rapport-building efforts.
- Develop and implement customer service processes and systems, including management rules and monitoring of key customer status.
- Analyze client behavior to identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences.
- Drive growth of potential clients through product offerings, offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns.
- Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and drive leads and conversions among VIP tiers.
- Maintain accurate data and information for weekly updates and analysis.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services functions within the international financial sector, preferably in banking or investments.
- Proven track record of managing client portfolios including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, and private bank customers.
- Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and written skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with mandarin-speaking stakeholders in the local market.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent multitasking skills
