About Boost:
Boost is building a distributed incentives network so that anyone can incentivize any onchain action with any token. We're doing this to make token distribution easier & more efficient, which contributes to our mission of improving global coordination. Boost is a remote team of 16 with crypto-native backgrounds from companies like Optimism, OpenSea, Dapper Labs, and Coinbase.
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Product Engineer to join Boost, where our mission is to make users stakeholders in the products and services they use. You'll work on greenfield projects to build applications on top of the Boost ecosystem and validate new concepts to drive more growth. You'll be working with a small team that moves fast.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of new features, from technical design to implementation
- Build modern React applications with TypeScript and integrate them with blockchain functionality
- Design and implement backend services that interface with blockchain networks
- Collaborate with the team to define product requirements and technical specifications
- Create clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Required Experience
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development
- Experience building and deploying production web applications
- Familiarity with blockchain development and Web3 technologies
- Track record of shipping complex features independently
- Solid understanding of product development and user experience
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience with smart contract integration and Web3 libraries
- Knowledge of blockchain protocols and DeFi concepts
- Background in building developer tools or blockchain applications
- Contributions to open-source projects
