As a Principal Product Manager, you will be pivotal in defining the product roadmap and delivering impactful features that empower financial institutions and regulators to identify, measure, and mitigate blockchain risks effectively. In this role, you’ll drive product innovation in close collaboration with Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success teams, shaping solutions that meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, compliance-driven market.

What you will be doing:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product roadmap and prioritize features that align with Metrika’s mission, creating valuable solutions for our enterprise customers.
- Customer Engagement: Engage closely with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating across teams to ensure timely delivery and cohesive alignment with Metrika’s goals.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on trends and competitive intelligence in the digital assets space, driving product differentiation and growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery of new features.
- Agile Leadership & Process Improvement: Champion Agile practices and refine product management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in product management, ideally with a focus on enterprise SaaS products in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated success in taking products from concept to market, prioritizing customer needs alongside business objectives.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and transform them into product features, with a strong grasp of market dynamics.
- Proven experience using data to make informed decisions, prioritize features, and measure product success.
- Skilled in communicating product vision and building alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with the ability to independently take ownership of complex projects.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in web3, crypto-native, digital assets companies or fintech startups.
- MBA or similar advanced degree, highlighting strategic, business, or product management expertise.
