What you'll do
- Handle written correspondence from our clients.
- Process access related requests.
- Answer inbound phone calls.
- Other tasks instructed by superiors.
- Perform work in line with internal policies.
On day one you'll bring
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) – C2 level.
- Good organizational skills.
