You role:
- Proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and Platform Engineering practices.
- Еxperience with public clouds, preferably AWS.
- Experience with:
- CI/CD and GitOps processes and tools, with a preference for: Jenkins (CI/CD) and FluxCD (GitOps).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration Management tools: Terraform or CrossPlane.
- Packaging manager: Helm.
- Scripting language: Bash, Groovy, Python.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
- Observability and monitoring tools: DataDog, Prometheus/Grafana.
- Message Brokers: Kafka/AWS MSK/Debezium.
- Developing self-servicing capabilities and automations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow and be up-to-date with the trends and the best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fluid, fast-paced environment, and meet the appointed deadlines.
- Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Desired (but not essential):
- Previous experience with Platform Engineering practices and Internal Developer Portals (IDPs).
- A good understanding of the blockchain technology and the digital assets space.
