The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes
Responsibilities
- Working Hour: 12pm-9pm (Hong Kong Time), including Saturday & Sunday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)
- Assist in financial data analysis: Analyze financial data, including expense reports, budgets, and financial statements, to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings for management review.
- Support financial planning and budgeting: Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses. Help identify areas of cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
- Assist in financial transactions: Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and vendor invoices. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Cross-check transaction record assuring data integrity
- Coordinate finance operations with internal and external parties
- Handle daily credits and debits of digital assets
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent (Fresh Graduate welcome)
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to multitask and able to work under pressure
- The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously
- Proficient in Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table)
- Prior experience in digital assets is a plus
- Immediate availability preferred
