What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bridge between product and business.
- Integrate the current situation of business with products to enable business personnel and channels to use platform products more effectively.
- Based on a deep understanding of the business, channels, and user needs, extract commonalities and real needs combined with platform features for productization.
- Able to independently connect with product lines, strong driving ability, possessing business and product perspectives, able to continuously promote product iteration based on business.
- Analyze the product advantages of the corresponding business and promote product iteration and optimization.
- 产品和业务之间的桥梁；
- 将业务的实际情况和产品做联动整合，使业务人员和渠道能更有效的使用平台产品；
- 根据对业务及渠道、用户的需求深入了解，提取共性及真实需求结合平台特征产品化；
- 能独立对接产品线，推动能力强，具备业务和产品视角，能持续推动产品基于业务进行迭代；
- 分析竞对相应业务的产品优势并作分析，推动产品迭代和优化。
What We Look For In You:
- Proficient and strong communication skills in both English and Traditional Chinese/Mandarin, including but not limited to business writing and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in mathematics and science preferred
- Candidates with 5 years of product experience are preferred, with closed-loop experience from product design to implementation.
- Strong logic and learning ability
- Be proactive in work, dare to raise issues, and find ways to promote problem-solving.
- 具備流利繁體/简体中文以及英文（包括商業書寫以及口語）的溝通技能
- 本科以上学历，数学及理科专业优先
- 有5年产品经验者优先，有过产品从设计到落地的闭环经验；
- 逻辑性较强，学习能力较强
- 做事积极主动，发现问题敢于提出，并想办法推动解决问题。
