Your mission
Enable comprehensive, trustworthy analytics across our consumer product, ensuring the entire team has clear visibility into revenue and user dynamics. Provide data-driven insights that shape product decisions, inform strategic initiatives, and drive sustainable growth.
Your one year outcomes
- Deliver a suite of holistic dashboards covering the complete user lifecycle — from signup to engagement, conversion, and churn — across our web and mobile platforms
- Establish and maintain a reliable, audited dataset of all critical events, building trust and empowering stakeholders to make key product and business decisions with confidence
- Develop and implement measurement plans for experiments and new product launches, generating metrics-driven insights that inform iterations and long-term strategies
- Create and maintain a transparent intake process and a prioritized backlog of data requests to evolve our analytics tools, reports, and dashboards over time
What you will do
- Analyze product flows and marketing campaigns to understand how each initiative impacts user behavior, engagement, and conversion
- Develop comprehensive measurement frameworks for experiments, enabling rapid, data-backed iteration on new product features
- Proactively conduct deep dives into product and revenue metrics, uncovering trends, patterns, and opportunities for improved user experience and revenue growth
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to leverage insights into impactful user-facing changes

Role-specific
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms, using them to design robust dashboards, maintain data quality, and ensure reliable metrics tracking

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth
The hourly rate for this position is $90/hr - $100/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
