The company partners with YGG and builds digital assets for guilds, making it an exciting opportunity for those who are keen on emerging technologies and play-to-earn games. BreederDAO is in search of a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, the successful applicant will work closely with the HR team to assist in recruiting and acquiring top talent for the company.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the HR team to source and screen candidates for open positions.
Utilize various recruitment channels to attract and recruit top talent.
Assist in organizing and conducting job interviews.
Support the HR team in drafting and uploading job postings onto various job boards and social media platforms.
Be up to date with the latest recruitment trends and techniques, and recommend improvements to the recruitment strategy of the company.
Ensure that applicant tracking system and database is up to date.
Participate in recruitment events as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Psychology, or a related field.
Knowledgeable in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and play-to-earn games is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems will be an advantage.
