We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Researcher to join our podcast team. In this role, you will develop in-depth research briefs for guest episodes, collaborate closely with the Guest Booking Team, and analyse data to produce evidence-based insights that enhance storytelling. You will play a critical role in managing research tasks, supporting production processes, and leveraging AI tools to elevate our content.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Head of Research, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth research using relevant techniques and methods to create comprehensive guest briefs.
- Analysing and interpreting research data to produce evidence-based conclusions.
- Synthesising information from reports, papers, and other sources into clear and structured briefings.
- Supporting the research team with tasks such as drafting podcast descriptions, conducting name tests, and preparing guest pitches.
- Proactively addressing challenges that may affect research objectives and deadlines.
- Continuously developing professional skills and updating knowledge to stay at the forefront of the industry.
- Incorporating advanced AI tools to enhance research efficiency and content quality.
- Working within existing systems while contributing to optimising and defining new processes as the team grows.
