Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and strategize Flight Studio’s social media presence across all platforms (B2B and D2C), ensuring brand consistency and strong audience engagement.
- Trendsetting: Stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry trends, positioning Flight Studio as a digital trailblazer.
- Content Excellence: Plan and execute world-class social content aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with PR & Partnerships teams to integrate our media brand into significant social conversations and forge relationships with major brands.
- Global Strategy: Optimise content strategy for the UK and USA, highlighting partnerships and global achievements.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue across social platforms through strategic organic and paid campaigns.
- Content Calendar Management: Design a diverse content calendar to align with marketing initiatives, product launches, and key industry events.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless brand representation across paid, email, and organic channels.
- Videography Integration: Oversee and integrate videography into social media campaigns, ensuring high-quality video production that aligns with brand storytelling and enhances audience engagement.
