We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands the social media landscape better than anyone else. In this role, you will become the architect of our podcast’s digital growth strategy. You will leverage your creativity, strategic insight, and data-driven mindset to amplify our podcasts' reach, turning every episode into a social media event that engages and inspires. Responsibilities:
- Episode Engagement and Growth: Collaborate with the Head of Social and broader team to develop strategies that enhance visibility and engagement for podcast episodes across multiple shows.
- Content Creation and Curation: Identify standout moments from podcast episodes and craft promotional content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to foster audience growth.
- Community Management: Actively engage with our audience through comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a vibrant and interactive community.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor social media performance, generate actionable insights, and refine strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
- Innovation: Challenge traditional methods with bold, creative approaches, utilizing new techniques and platforms to lead the industry in digital content strategies.
- Influencer and Partnership Strategy: Build relationships with influencers, partners, and fans to amplify our content and expand our reach.
