The Role
The Social Media Lead’s mission is to build and execute a social media marketing program that increases awareness, connects with target audiences, contributes to accelerating growth, and drives cultural relevance for the ZKsync brand.
What you will be doing
- Ideate, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social platforms including Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, and Lens.
- Craft compelling and creative social content to engage the ZKsync community and broader crypto audience by staying on top of current trends and emphasizing our key product and competitive strengths
- Lead content listening, performance measurement, and testing to continuously optimize efforts
- Collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals and consistent brand look/feel
- Work with the BD and Ecosystem teams to highlight strategic partners, execute growth campaigns, and co-market with all ZKsync ecosystem partners
- Establish a strong working relationship with Engineering, Product, and DevRel teams to inform content strategy and co-create technical content that appeals to builders, developers, founders, and other key product decision-makers.
What we look for in you
- 6+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 of those in web3
- Proven track record of managing social media for high-growth organizations
- Skilled in writing and copyediting
- Expert in channel strategy, content creation, and message prioritization
- Experienced in utilizing data to continuously refine and optimize efforts
- Deep understanding of crypto culture
- Advanced knowledge of content publishing/analytics tools
