Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies into various systems and applications.
- Research and experiment with emerging AI techniques, particularly large language models to enhance functionality and innovation.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support AI/ML processes.
- Analyze data to extract insights and improve decision-making.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Implement SotA techniques into engineering pipelines.
- Test, evaluate, and iterate on AI models to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to define objectives, requirements, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience working as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.
- Proven experience working with Large Language Model (LLM) applications. Proven experience with at least one of the AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Basic understanding of blockchain concepts, decentralized networks, and smart contracts.
- Familiarity with data processing pipelines, model deployment, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in analyzing structured and unstructured data, especially blockchain on-chain/off-chain data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation at the intersection of AI and Web3.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building AI solutions for blockchain/Web3 products such as decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, or DAOs.
- Familiarity with languages such as Rust, Go or Solidity.
- Large Language Model red teaming experiences.
- Engagement in popular AI-related open-source projects.
