DescriptionStarkWare is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Business Operations Manager to act as a right hand to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and oversee key projects within the company. This role requires a trusted professional to manage cross-functional operations, drive key initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of the CPO’s vision.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Act as a right-hand to the CPO, managing priorities, preparing for meetings, and ensuring follow-through on key action items.
- Operational Excellence: Track and oversee timelines, deliverables, and initiatives across the product organization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between the CPO and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
- Project Management: Own special projects and initiatives from planning to execution.
- Data and Insights: Analyze performance metrics, create reports, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Good grasp of technological concepts and ability to learn and not be intimidated by technology. Some background in Tech is needed (Education / Army experience / work experience)
- Project management experience
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a focus on execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, in Hebrew and English.
- Strong drive and initiation to get things done, proactiveness
