About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive the adoption and growth of technology platform. This role is ideal for a Web 3-native marketer with a proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products from 0 to 1. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, building community engagement, and driving user acquisition in the rapidly evolving tokenized Bitcoin ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for Bitcoin, blockchain technology, and tokenized assets, with a strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and Web 3 marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for our tech platform.
- Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, partnerships, and product iterations, ensuring successful launches from 0 to 1.
- Community Building: Build and nurture a strong, engaged community, leveraging social media, forums, and Web 3 platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter (X).
- Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders, including foundations, DeFi protocols to expand the reach of 21co products.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.) that educates and excites users about tokenized Bitcoin and its benefits.
- Performance Marketing: Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Web 3 and traditional channels, optimizing for ROI and user growth.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze user behavior, and report on campaign performance to inform iterative improvements.
- Web 3 Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to position 21co as a leader.
Qualifications
- Experience in Web 3: Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, product marketing, or community building within the Web 3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency space.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to launch and scale products from 0 to 1, with measurable results in user acquisition and engagement.
- Deep Interest in Bitcoin: Strong passion for Bitcoin, tokenization, and decentralized technologies, with a solid understanding of the Bitcoin and Solana ecosystems.
- Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in growth hacking, performance marketing, and community-driven marketing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to align marketing efforts with product goals.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Bonus: Experience with tokenized assets, crypto data products, DeFi protocols, or Bitcoin Layer 2 solutions.
This role is based in New York, and will be expected to work from either our New York office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.
Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
