Our Field Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy for crypto and non-crypto accounts, leading strategic event activations, building deep relationships with key market participants, and aligning regional marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
The Role
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of relationship-building, strategic event execution, and account-based marketing (ABM). In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact in-person and virtual events, exclusive executive engagements, and regional marketing campaigns designed to directly drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales cycles.
Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and deep collaboration with sales, business development, product marketing, and customer success teams worldwide. You’ll be responsible for creating high-value, targeted brand experiences that resonate with compliance and risk management professionals, including Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs), regulators, and market surveillance teams. Your ability to align field marketing efforts with key compliance challenges and regulatory priorities will be critical in positioning Solidus Labs as the trusted leader in crypto and TradFi compliance space.
ResponsibilitiesEvent & Field Marketing Strategy
- Lead and execute field marketing programs, including VIP roundtables, private executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, and invite-only forums.
- Define and execute a comprehensive events strategy, balancing third-party sponsorships with Solidus-hosted experiences to maximize brand impact.
- Own event logistics end-to-end, including venue selection, speaker coordination, branding, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
- Develop field marketing budget and define and track KPIs, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates and post-event engagement.
- Partner with industry associations to co-market and amplify Solidus’ presence at global and regional events.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Regional Campaigns
- Work closely with sales leaders, SDRs, and customer success managers to design and execute targeted ABM programs for strategic accounts.
- Develop playbooks and toolkits that empower SDRs and account executives to maximize event-driven opportunities.
- Develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social) aligned with regional sales objectives.
- Lead the development of localized, high-impact marketing materials tailored to key accounts and regulatory audiences.
- Own and optimize pre-event and post-event lead nurturing strategies, ensuring strong sales follow-up and conversion.
Requirements- 3+ years of proven B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on field marketing or event marketing, ideally in B2B fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven track record of executing successful in-person and virtual events that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and regional demand generation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and execute high-profile initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Experience with HubSpot to track engagement and measure impact.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to engage executives and industry leaders.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and maintaining effective communication with remote management.

BenefitsThe annual salary range for this role is $105,000-$135,000. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, and location.
