About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of Tenderly’s products. You'll collaborate across teams to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful designs that address the needs of Web3 developers and organizations.
Responsibilities
• Partner with product and engineering to define, design, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Lead the design process from research to high-fidelity prototypes and final deliverables.
• Simplify complex workflows, making blockchain development accessible and intuitive.
• Evolve and maintain Tenderly’s design system for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on user needs, business goals, and product priorities.
• Present and advocate for your work within cross-functional teams.
About you
• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing solutions that describe complex workflows and address user pain points.
• Excellent skills in visual design, interaction design, and crafting intuitive experiences for technical users.
• Passion for creating delightful user experiences that improve adoption and engagement.
• A team player who values collaboration and thrives on giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Skilled at communicating ideas effectively through prototypes, visuals, and other design deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• A strong sense of ownership and initiative, driving projects from concept to execution.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in design and fostering a culture of quality.
• Desire to learn more about developer tools, infrastructure, and highly technical domains.
