Our Communications team are looking for a new marketing specialist for Ledger Live. Ledger Live is designed to enhance and expand the functionality of any Ledger hardware wallet, bridging the gap between security and usability in the crypto space. Ledger Live allows our users to seamlessly manage all their Ledger devices, get a bird’s-eye view of their entire crypto portfolio and buy, sell, swap, earn tokens, pay with crypto through trusted third-party providers.
Reporting into the Consumer Services Marketing Director, you'll help us scale our comarketing programs with Ledger Live Partners and collaborate closely with our creative, content, social, growth teams to deliver world class marketing programs.
Your mission
- Build and expand relationships with our strategic Ledger Live partners by acting as main point of contact for all marketing-related activities: aligning on common goals and narrative, sharing best practices, to lead to the best results
- Define joint marketing objectives and KPIs with partners and maintain communication on tracking to goals
- Conduct co-marketing programs that include online and offline activations in collaboration with cross functional teams such as content, social, events, growth, international teams
- Present recurring analysis on program performance and suggest innovative recommendations and insights to partners and internal teams
- Manage a budget and reporting framework to assess the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and campaigns
- Foster a culture of creative and bold mindset while praising prioritization to ensure we’re focusing on the right things at the right time
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of extensive experience in managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns
- A solid understanding of Web3 products and ecosystem with a sincere passion for the crypto community and ecosystem as a whole
- A strong communicator both verbal and written with creative copy writing skills
- Someone who is obsessed with user experience and satisfaction
- A real problem solver - specifically someone with a desire to address complex problems
- Someone who considers themselves a self-starter and highly motivated, able to both work independently and collaboratively
