About The Role:
As part of our People team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Organization Development are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR within the financial services industry who is ready to contribute to a growing team. You will work closely with both the People team and business units to maintain organization infrastructure, while also helping to build and refine organization development processes and policies.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the organization's structure and infrastructure to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Administer and maintain organization development processes and data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage employee movement and manpower allocation in collaboration with stakeholders to support workforce planning.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company town halls to enhance communication and engagement.
- Lead the performance management process to drive employee growth and organizational success.
- Ensure compliance by managing all HR-related reports for relevant regulators.
- Lead the implementation of the training plan to enhance employee development.
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in Organization Development or HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (fluent English proficiency is essential).
- Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Available to start immediately and open to a 6-month contract role.
