Currently, we’re working on the launch of one of our priority projects: a global marketplace that enables individual investors to buy and trade fractionalized interests in institutional-quality real estate equity and debt. That's revolutionary because such an option has historically only been accessible to high-net-worth and institutional investors! Our new platform will help to unlock the potential of a several trillion market for individuals. And we’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help us work on this project.
What you’ll do
- Working on internal products and services that support the Company’s business processes;
- Leading strategic changes in the platform by modifying services to achieve the Company’s goals;
- Consolidation of all platforms from Republic’s ecosystem of companies and continue to build out our APIs and integrate with partners;
- Leading the migration of our US and European KYC/Payment flows;
- Leading the integration of our Republic Wallet with other services.
Our ideal candidate
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, OR relevant experience working directly with Engineering teams
- Practical experience working with Agile frameworks in a Product Engineering culture (i.e. integrated PODs) - master level, able to suggest different approaches dependent on the situation
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager managing a technical type product
- Experience in Fintech is not mandatory, but highly valued.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- Highly professional interpersonal, oral, and written/visual communication skills
- Run, and facilitate meetings efficiently and effectively - able to communicate with key business stakeholders at a high functional level
- Understand cross-functional dependencies and work with teams to meet product goals
- Project management/process mapping/software & infrastructure architecture, discovery, roadmapping, data-driven feedback loops, comfortable converting tech benefits into measurable KPIs and targets.

- Financial services experience (Fintech) building banking systems
- Start-up experience - working to solve problems, not stay in a lane

This is a fully remote working opportunity with a contract in USD and highly competitive compensation.
