Your Mission
As an Operations Strategy Intern at Bitpanda, you will play a key role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives across the company’s operations. Your focus will include collecting operations data to define strategic initiatives, creating visually compelling presentations, aligning with key stakeholders, and following up on action items to ensure efficient implementation.
What You’ll Do
- Collect and organise data by running simple queries, ensuring accuracy for informed decision-making about key initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to capture inputs, refine content, and ensure presentations align with broader strategic goals.
- Transform data into compelling visuals and clear Google Slides to communicate strategies, analyses, and recommendations.
- Monitor progress on agreed deliverables, and support the team in driving initiatives to successful delivery.
- Conduct targeted research to provide additional context for projects and reports, further supporting strategic decision-making.
Who you are
- Strong Communicator: You can convert complex ideas into simple, engaging, and impactful presentation materials using Google Slides and Google Sheets.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for design, formatting, and accuracy to deliver polished presentations.
- Data-Savvy: You’re comfortable performing simple data collection and organisation and writing simple queries in SQL to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working with others, taking feedback, and aligning on shared goals.
- Organised and Flexible: You can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
