The role
Work with thirdweb’s marketing and growth teams to ideate, build and ship experiments which will drive growth of the platform.
You will plan, design, build, and implement web pages and growth loops designed to drive traffic and retention of thirdweb.
What a typical week might look like
- Work with our design team to build out wireframes and designs for a new growth experiment.
- Growth experiments may include:
- Referral schemes
- Airdrops
- NFT Giveaways
- New email-capture flow
- Data loops
- Build the application.
- Test and iterate on the app until it is ready for production.
- Own the full end to end process of brainstorming, delivering and measuring success of the activation.
- Build consumer crypto apps usingthirdweb’s fullstack tools.
- Build apps usingthirdweb Nebula, our leading blockchain AI platform.
- Elevate thirdweb’s voice of authority amongst the web3 development community.
What we're looking for
- Have 2+ years experience in full stack web development with a preference for front-end development.
- Experience in Javascript web frameworks (React, Next.js, Docusaurus), Typescript, or NodeJS
- Are excited about working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment that prioritizes delivering impact and learning over process
- Are comfortable working in a highly autonomous environment with complete ownership of the delivery of your responsibilities.
- Are curious about technology outside of your direct expertise, and have an appetite for learning
- Are a self-starter in proposing and carrying out technical solutions to ambiguous growth problems
- Know when and how to make calculated tradeoffs to meet the needs of the customer and business
Bonus Points
- Experience in developer-first products (SDKs, API design, technical documentation)
- Experience in blockchain development (interacting with wallets or smart contracts)
- Experience in different blockchain technologies — EVM, L2, Solana, Flow, NEAR, Cosmos
- Experience in writing shared library code for Android & iOS
