Job Summary
The Content Producer will be responsible for overseeing video strategy, pre-production, production logistics, post-production, and distribution to ensure Stronghold’s video content aligns with our brand goals. This individual will drive the entire video production lifecycle, from research and conceptualization to execution and optimization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in producing high-quality video content, particularly within fintech, crypto, and payments industries. They must be comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and external production partners to bring Stronghold’s video vision to life.
Video Strategy & Research
- Develop a comprehensive video strategy aligned with Stronghold’s marketing objectives, brand positioning, and audience personas.
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to inform storytelling approaches and differentiate our content.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to define content goals, target audiences, and key messaging.
- Identify the most effective video formats, styles, and distribution channels for maximum impact.
- Create video content calendars to align with broader marketing campaigns.
Pre Production
- Develop and oversee concept ideation, creative direction, and scripting in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Manage casting, talent coordination, and location scouting, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Work with production teams to determine equipment, crew needs, and technical requirements for each project.
- Create and manage production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Send out call sheets.
- Secure necessary permits, contracts, and releases as required for video projects.
- Develop detailed production budgets and ensure cost-efficient resource allocation.
Production Management (On-Set Operations)
- Act as the on-set producer, ensuring smooth execution of shoots and adherence to creative vision.
- Oversee crew coordination, shot scheduling, shot list, and talent management to keep productions running efficiently.
- Ensure proper lighting, sound, and camera setups are in place to achieve the highest production value.
- Troubleshoot on-set challenges and ensure timely resolution to avoid disruptions.
- Communicate between directors, cinematographers, and gaffers to keep the production on track.
Post-Production Oversight
- Manage the post-production workflow, ensuring timelines, quality control, and revisions are met.
- Work closely with editors to oversee footage selection, storytelling structure, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Review and approve motion graphics, animations, and branding elements for consistency.
- Ensure proper color grading, audio mastering, and subtitle integration for accessibility and compliance.
- Facilitate internal review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback for final approval.
Distribution & Optimization
- Develop and implement a video distribution strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and metadata.
- Create different versions of videos (e.g., short-form clips for social media) to improve audience engagement.
- Monitor video performance analytics, identify trends, and recommend optimizations for future content.
- Ensure video content aligns with Stronghold’s branding and marketing objectives across all channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Content Producer, Production Manager, or similar role.
- Strong experience with program management of outside agencies, collectives, or vendors.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, from concept to distribution.
- Experience managing budgets, production schedules, and external production teams.
- Knowledge of video formats, editing processes, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Experience with SEO and digital video optimization for social platforms.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fintech, payments, and crypto industries is a plus.

- Project management tools (Slack + Notion)
- Video editing software
- Video hosting & analytics (YouTube Studio, Sprout Social)
Skill Requirements
- 12+ years of experience running content production from pre-production to delivery
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced / hyper-growth environment.
- The ability to navigate through undefined processes and to take best practices to shape and build processes going forward; experience in leading initiatives and small team-wide projects or programs with light to no supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for being a team player and supporting peers and proactively sharing insights with the broader team.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently; ability to be given a task and run with it.
- Ability to use data, metrics, and broader knowledge to inform and influence processes and outcomes.
- Ability to manage tools to maintain operations with minimal guidance.
- The ability to take ownership in creating healthy, representative pipelines.
- Ability to build experiences within the constraint of a given budget and parameters while still creating a memorable and seamless experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate among multiple departments, prioritizing tasks appropriately.
The base salary for this position will be determined based on consideration factors such as relevant experience, skills and qualifications for the role. Stronghold currently offers health benefits for eligible employees.
